Wien am 6. 7. 2012...

Am Abend ging's auf ein Konzert in die Staatsoper, Teil des Jazz Fest Wien,

Rufus Wainwright. :)

Am nächsten Tag ein spontaner Ausflug nach Simmering... :)

... und zum Zentralfriedhof. 

Dort bin ich nie zuvor gewesen, und weil ich Friedhöfe liebe, wollte ich mich schon immer mal dort umsehen. 

Die alte, verwachsene israelitische Abteilung finde ich wunderschön.

Ich freue mich schon auf Wien...

Am Freitag geht's für mich wiedermal auf einen kurzen Trip nach Wien... :-)

• A street musician playing "Wiener Blut" on his accordion
• Asian tourists and guided city tours
• Guys in wholebody neoprene suits surfing on simulated river waves
• And... a not very big, but wonderful Okkervil River concert :)

*not everything was lovely though about the railway... but that's another story! ;)
